Light frequencies

Today is a day like any other, or so you think.

But that is not quite true.

The pace of learning for your transformation continues to increase and you are raising your frequencies here on Earth.

Why do you need this?

You need these light frequencies for your growth, for your recovery, for your soul plan, for your development.

Live in the here and now in your highest vibrational frequency. Stop sabotaging yourself. Do not artificially lower your frequency through smoking, alcohol, drugs, quarrels, jealousy, greed and so on.

Increase your prayers and thus your frequencies. Lay aside lower sensitivities. Lay down compulsions. Put aside greed and covetousness and much more.

Live in the light of truth and tradition and stick to it.

Many innovations are distractions from the real thing, distractions from what is true, from what is important.

Why is something so important? Above all, what is so important?

The important thing is enlightenment and the whole process of enlightenment. If you change the process, weaken it by undermining it with bad thoughts and deeds, you will be destroyed – sooner or later.
This destruction begins very subtly and fragile. You will hardly recognize it at first, if at all. But the extent of the destruction of your inner core, of your personality right down to your soul, increases rapidly once you have a splinter inside you, once you have allowed it.

Take care of yourselves. Control every thought. Never give up your own self-determination, self-control. Never accept someone else’s thoughts without checking them.

Habits can open the door to unwanted thoughts. They very subtly take hold of your being, your intentions. Check yourself again and again and let go.

Self-control is another keyword. Control yourself, your thoughts and your actions. Renounce rather than covet. Do not distort yourself for anything.
Wait patiently until you are given. Always stay with yourself.


Live in the here and now.

Our world is changing. It is recreating itself. Its goal is enlightenment, the I-material.
The earth is relinquishing its responsibility. It is reinventing / redesigning itself and we with it.
